1. Who sells, and to whom

AdsFellow is for businesses only. By subscribing, you confirm that you are acting for the purposes of your trade, business or profession (company, freelancer, agency, or an association advertising its activity) and that you can bind the business you subscribe for.

These terms apply together with the Privacy page, which forms part of them.

2. What AdsFellow does

• It prepares Campaign Plans (recommended platforms, budget, audiences, timeline), ad copy and visuals from what you tell it, using AI (Google Gemini).
• At your request, and only for the accounts you have connected, it creates your campaigns paused in your own ad accounts: Google, Microsoft, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat and TikTok. For Meta, LinkedIn and X, it prepares the strategy, copy and visuals, without creating campaigns.
• It shows the performance figures of the accounts you connect.

3. What AdsFellow does not do

• It never activates a campaign: you activate it, in the platform's own tool, when you decide.
• It never pays or receives your ad budget: you pay it directly to each platform, under that platform's own terms.
• It guarantees no result: no sales, clicks, cost or ad approval. Each platform alone decides whether to run or reject an ad, and sets its prices.
• It does not replace legal advice: the rules applied to your ad copy (prohibited claims, mandatory notices by country and industry) reduce risk without removing it.

4. Price and payment

The subscription costs €99 per month excl. VAT, paid by card through Stripe, our payment provider: the first month when you subscribe, then every month on the same date. No free trial and no commitment.

AdsFellow charges no VAT. In the European Union, your business accounts for the VAT on this purchase itself (reverse charge): enter your VAT number at checkout and it will appear on your invoices. Outside the European Union, any taxes of your country remain yours to handle, under its rules.

An invoice is issued for each payment; you will find it in your account, under “Manage subscription”.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for 2 weeks. If you have paid at least once before, your access stays open for 7 days so you can change your card; after that, it is suspended until payment.

Fair use is the same for everyone: up to 50 Campaign Plans, 100 ad copy generations and 20 image generations per day. These limits only exist to prevent abuse.

If we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days in advance. The new price only applies from the month starting after that notice, and you can cancel before.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account (“Cancel my subscription”). Your access stays open until the end of the paid month, and an email confirms it. A month that has started is not refunded.

Campaigns already created stay in your ad accounts: they are yours.

We may suspend or close an account in case of non-payment, use contrary to these terms or to the platforms' rules, or attempts to get around the limits. Except in urgent cases (fraud, security), we will warn you by email first.

Your data is then kept or deleted as described on the Privacy page.

6. Your ad accounts

You remain the owner of, and responsible for, your ad accounts, your budgets and your ads. You follow each platform's rules and the law of the countries where your ads run.

AdsFellow only acts at your request and within the access you grant it. You can disconnect an account at any time on the Connections page.

7. AI-generated content

Plans, ad copy and visuals are suggested by AI: they may contain errors, omissions or unsuitable wording. Review and correct them before any use: you are responsible for what you publish.

What you send us (text, images, logos, page addresses) remains yours, and you confirm you have the right to use it.

The copy and visuals generated for you belong to you: you may use them freely in your ads. An AI may produce similar content for other customers.

AdsFellow, its software, brand and website remain the property of LBF Initiatives Limited.

8. Liability

We provide AdsFellow with care. The service may be interrupted (maintenance, an outage at a provider or a platform): we do our best to restore it quickly.

LBF Initiatives Limited's liability is limited to direct loss caused by its fault, up to the total amount you paid for AdsFellow in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

It is not liable for indirect loss (revenue, customers, ad spend), for the platforms' decisions (a rejected ad, a suspended account), or for how you use the content.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that Irish law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud or personal injury.

9. Your data

How we process personal data, our providers and your rights are described on the Privacy page, which forms part of these terms.

10. If these terms change

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For a significant change, we will email you at least 30 days in advance; if you do not accept it, you can cancel before it applies. The current version is always on this page, with its date.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Irish law. If we disagree, write to us first: we will look for a solution together. Failing that, the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.

These terms exist in French and English. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails.

If a clause were found invalid, the others would continue to apply.
